Service is a joke like most Ford Dealerships. From NH to SC to VT Ford service is far below other vehicle makers we work with. Twin State falls even below that. Wife had dual clutch replaced in her Focus. Car has never felt right since. Now today pop hood to add washer fluid and a mechanics magnet falls out. NOT A GOOD SIGN AT ALL! Call to complain and inform them so they can talk to mechanic and I am treated like I am the issue. Only Issue I was? Was trusting this place to service our Focus and Mustang. Not anymore. Bye Bye Twin State...

Very nice to let me use their electric car charger, looks nice inside. I did not buy a car so can’t say anything about the sales process.nnHowever, many people not wearing any masks inside despite signs saying to wear masks, disappointing in today’s time.

My windshield washers appeared to be out of fluid, after filling the unit they still didn't work. I took it to Twin State Ford and was all fixed in less than a half hour. Broken hose was the issue, so not a big deal but they treated me very well. Jordan is very accommodating and kept me informed throughout. Highly recommend this dealership.

I was taken in exactly when my appt was. I had a glitch in my ford pass modem on my 2019 Ford Ranger. After walking me thru the app we discovered that the modem was not communicating with my phone. The technicians rebooted the modem and it works fine.
