For the past ten years we haven't bought a car anywhere else. Derek is knowledgeable, helpful and not at all pushy. He helped find us great quality vehicles that would best meet our needs. Paperwork was efficient, easy and never with hidden or surprise costs. Overall the least stressful car buying experience ever.nWe will never buy a car from anyone else again!

I purchased my 2013 Toyota Avalon from Derek at Kingdom Auto Brokers on October 12th. We are very happy with the car we purchased. It was a great experience and no high pressure sales there. I found Derek to be very honest and he made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend Derek and Kingdom Auto Brokers if you need a quality used car.

Derek was an amazing salesman for my boyfriend and I. He and I got two new cars and traded in ours. He was efficient, honest, and went up and out of his way for us. Derek provided me with excellent care when I called him asking to find a VW GTI. He found one within a couple weeks and gave me updates from the auction while he was there. He made sure that the vehicle was in good condition with mid range mileage and provided me with an affordable deal. He was very clear about price and proved to be a very honest businessman - he really wants his customers to be happy and thinks about himself last. You can't find that sort of selflessness at a big named dealership. I could really go on for a while about this ... saying good things about the service I was given (the best I've received yet). I will end by saying he dealt with my loan (through NorthCountry Bank) and essentially everything you need to get a vehicle legal and ready to drive. I didn't have to do anything except pay for the car. The rest was handled. If anyone would like to comment on this at any point I will gladly give you a response and go into further detail. Further detail on whatever you want to know about the service that Derek and Northeast Kingdom Auto Brokers bring to the table. Great people with a great sense and knowledge for the industry they are in!!

Bought a car. Derek was great to work with. He let me take the car for as long a ride as I needed. The car was exactly as advertised and very fairly priced.
