I was referred to USA Disability Team, LLC, by my Case Manager, Linda VanKirk of Vocational Rehabilitation in Kingman, AZ. I was happy to call the 800 # for a FREE consultation, and Katie made the entire process easy and painless (for myself as well as for my husband). I was awarded social security disability benefits in just under four months of our first contact with this team. Thank you so much and God bless! UPDATE: Although the free consultation and services Katie provides are a BIG help, the attorney DOES receive his $ - fee. Hence, this service should be used for those of you who either CAN NOT or DON'T WANT TO do the paperwork, doctor search, etc. by yourself.

The staff are completely helpful and understands we're struggling in your SSI and disability needs. It's a hard struggle by yourself getting something done and they make it so much easier.
