O.M.G. This place is AMAZING. Ok, so first off TONS of veg and vegan options. TONS! We each got something different and it was all delicious, huge and super affordable for how fresh it all was.nnStaff was very friendly and kind.nnTwo years in Vermont and this is the first time we both enjoyed the food and agreed with their pricing model!nnMy only regret is not getting pictures so I'll just go again soon!nnThis place is a solid 9 out of 10 (tots were a little soggy but we just baked them at home).

Omg delicious!! Vegan options, try the Fiesta burrito with tofu. It was one of my favorite burritos ever, healthy and fresh.

Today was not a great day for the Mosaic, I'm very disappointed with there food.nI always order the chicken festia bowl.......always ! I BRAG about this bowl, its fabulous, unbelievable, incredible, amazing, wonderful , ect... BOWL..!nThe flavors pop in your mouth, the flavors are a very nice balanced of flavors, its SWEET, SPICY, HOT DISH......its a bowl you want to go back for more....nBut today was not one of those days,.....nWhat I got was a very ghostly Festia bowl, which burned my mouth so bad, It made me cry, I truly had tears flowing down my face, my face was numb, I bite my tongue........today get a ZERO from me...........

The restaurant is really clean and well decorated. The food is simple and there are a lot of healthy choices. This is a fantastic alternative to grabbing a burger and fries. The prices aren't bad and the portions are big. If you are in the NEK and looking for healthy alternatives for lunch, this is the place for you!
