I want the public to know that not only is their syrup wonderful and the best, well so aren't the owner's.... Mr & Mrs. Rick Sullivan.nI bought a special friend from Cape Cod Mass who was visiting us a half gallon of syrup, and he loved it and said it was the best. So when he came a few months later and brought another friend to stay a week, we told him about Crossroads Maple syrup . Well he wanted some, so we went there to find they were closed. So I gave him my unopened gallon to bring back to the Cape. Well I go to get some for my maple dinner rolls for the holidays to find they closed for season.nSo I proceed to call the Sullivans, and mr. Sullivan tells me they are out as I explained how I gave mine away but I really had to get some for the rolls.nWell Mr. Sullivan calls me back to tell me that he talked to his wife, and she was willing to sell me one of their gallons they had saved for themselves.nI was ever so grateful and want people to know just how amazing the owners of Crossroad Maple is as well as their syrup.nThank you Mr. & Mrs. Rick Sullivan

It was so cool to pass through, visit the sugar house, look at the setup and all the maple syrup around.

Grocery store isn't really what it is. It's a maple syrup shop. They have the best setup: just go in, leave cash (or PayPal or check) and take your syrup. It's awesome to see places still functioning on the honor system. And you get to check out all the equipment they use to harvest and prepare the syrup right there in the same one-room building. It's pretty great. As is the syrup. We made pancakes and they were fantastic! Get a gallon of this stuff if you can.
