Rite Aid

Very poor customer service. Visiting here from AZ. Called on a Wednesday to get 3 prescriptions transferred. Spoke with the pharmacist who was to call our AZ pharmacy. Advised that I would pick up on the following Friday, so as to allow them extra time to fill the prescriptions. I was advised that they would be filled on Thursday and that I would get a text if there were any issues. On Friday, my husband went to pick up the RX and was told that they couldn't be found in the system. Then the staff person yelled across the room and another person said that they were actually there in a pile, waiting to be filled. He was told that the pharmacist was at lunch and to come back in 45 minutes to 1 hour. We opted to go home and return the following day as the wait time was so long. We had 60 miles of travel, 2 days of unnecessary trips, there was reportedly no store manager to report the issue to, and needless to say we were not impressed by this store. Unfortunately, Hardwick has no other pharmacy so customer service is apparently not a priority. Would recommend driving to either Morrisville, St. Johnsbury or Barre, Vermont.

Incredibly inconvenient to have zero access to the pharmacy online.

They keep pretty well stocked, and I love the plenti points!

It's a Rite Aid. It's good at being a Rite Aid.
