M. Stuart and Associates have been doing our business and personal taxes for several years now. We appreciate that they are thorough, knowledgeable and timely. It is always a pleasure to do business with them and we are grateful to have such great service locally.

They have lost customer service and clearly do not care about their customer. I was in a lot of pain on Friday when I was called for my drivers license, I clearly stated no and that I would get it to them today. No was not sufficient enough the employee kept pushing for me to email my license to them. Today when I mentioned to Denise that I never want this employee calling my house again or I would leave. She told me she heard the conversation and he wasn't rude. This is how M. Stuart & Associates treat their customers. I have never been so offended and treated like my business doesn't matter by a local business.
