Got into Kingman after a long day of driving. We stopped at a hotel next door to the Jimmy John's and placed an online order "for pickup as soon as possible". After waiting 15 minutes with no update, I went to the restaurant, only to find out that they hadn't even started making the order. The excuse was "we had a delivery that we had to take, and then it got busy". I don't care if it got busy, but deliveries DO NOT take precedence over customers. I will not be patronizing Jimmy John's again.
I have eaten at Jimmy John's before and it was amazing I love that they deliver as well I just wish they would expand their delivery areas a little bit more you basically have to be within 10 miles to have your food delivered which kind of sucks
First time in Kingman, first time at a Jimmy John’s. Is the French bread supposed to be so hard and the sandwich not cut in half? I mean very, very hard! 😔 Decent amount of meat on it though. Didn’t get the yellow mustard I asked for and my #9 was supposed to come with the oil, vinegar, oregano-basil but it did not. Overall, pretty bummed with my experience.
Took care of all the cars in the drive through then informed us we would not have salami on our order. 20 dollars for a couple sandwiches. 30 minute wait and don’t get what you paid for.
