Great local breakfast. The pancakes are always amazing. Make sure you order one of their local sausages. They use local game and they are delicious. Definitely a great stop on your way out or before hiking around Manchester.
Awesome breakfast place. Great variety and food was great. Good service. Definitely recommend for breakfast. Cash only though...be prepared.
Tough place to review, these are the reasons based on 10+ visits. Nice old Vermont charm, food can range from good to very good, presentation is generally “messy”, your order will likely be wrong if changing from standard menu, and service can range from good / friendly to unpleasant / rude depending on the server. If you want an uneventful, predictable good breakfast, this is not the place. If you are willing to take your chances for the possibility of a above average breakfast at best, then go for it.
This quaint little breakfast spot is perfectly fit for Vermont. My fiancé and I had the best pumpkin pancakes there during our visit, and the hospitality of our waitress and staff made our day.
Overly crowded for a better than average breakfast. Four stars for the food, three for the crowd
