Stop by to check it out...it looks really great! There's no other competitors in town and that did not stop them from really going above and beyond to make a great facility!
We took Sprint 30 and Yoga classes during our visit. The instructors were great and the facility was clean. We felt a great sense of accomplishment went we left!
I miss the Manchester Gym the most after moving out of town. What a great place to work out and the trainers are excellent too.
