Good spot close to the tower
Met a whole bunch of hikers there one guy allmost got kill by a widowmaker tell on his tent
Shelter, surrounding campgrounds, toilet, and water source are all excellent.
Nice looking shelter. I didn't stay overnight, but stopped here to fill up on water. When heading northbound, this is the last shelter before the Glastenbury Fire Tower.
Pretty good back country shelter, 3 walls open front, water from a nearby spring, toilet that doesn't smell, nearby look out tower, anti rodent strings. No bear lockers.
