it say's SECURED but no one is ever there and the gate is alway's opened and unlocked. i wouldn't use them just for false advertising.. i even went by for the hell of it at midnight.. Gate wide open. and to do anything, you have to sit out front for up to AN HR BEFORE SOMEONE SHOW'S UP BECAUSE THE MANAGER GOES home TILL SHE GET'S A CALL.. NOT THE RIGHT WAY TO RUN A BUSSINESS. THIS IS NOT A SECURE PLACE. LIE'S. I also Admin on Facebook. and a few of these review's are from faked pages i actually went through and took 3 off facebook myself so-far.

Scheduled Uhaul rental for 4 pm with appliance dolly. Website, hours on door, and google all said they were open until 5 pm. I showed up to pick up my rental and no one was there. Must have called the numbers on the door (both of them) about 20 times and left messages. I received a call back about 4:45 pm and she got me the truck but couldn’t get me the appliance dolly because she had “left for the day”. I had scheduled to pick the washer and dryer up at 5 pm. I asked if she could come back to get me the dolly because I was going to pick up a washer and dryer. She wouldn’t come back for the same reason... “she had left for the day”. The place is supposed to be open until 5!!!! Bad business. No effort at all to satisfy the customer. Terrible customer service. Would not recommend to anyone.

Small operation that also doubles as a U-haul facility and only has one person there during the day. I have not had any trouble getting ahold of them when needed. Unit was clean and dry with easy access day or night. Never have had an issue with them.
