I was in for the first oil change on my 2020 Silverado. It turns out there was a necessary software update that became an issue. Since it was going to take some time, they set me up with a loaner car for a few hours while they took care of the issue.nService was great, communication was excellent, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone else.

I was very disappointed that none of the parts and service staff were wearing face masks. When I asked the service rep about this, he pointed to a clear plexiglass sheet hanging down in front of the middle of the counter. However, the plexiglass did not protect the entire length of the counter, especially the part of the counter where he and I were processing my paperwork and payment. While the guys in parts and service may have some political or other such objections to wearing a mask, the masks are not just to protect the workers from each other, but to also protect me, the customer. So in short, they do not care about me, the customer. I will be keeping this mind as I select somewhere to service my vehicles in the future. And of course when it comes time to shop for another vehicle.

Your tech could not figure out what was wrong with my car and now I had 1 light one now after your tech checked my car EVERY light is on! Imagine paying for zero answers and extra problems..n. Nope I definitely will tell everyone I know to stay far far away from your mechanics.
