I've rented u-haul trucks from this location twice. Excellent and friendly service.
I had been very pleased with Kokopelli, was thinking of moving some stuff I still had in California over to Kokopelli so I could go through it locally. Can't do that when It's still in CA. But no, will go elsewhere. Must have changed hands or something. That new girl is a nag, hard to deal with. The mail gets there a day late, even before the late charge kicks in and she is emailing and emailing! Have spent thousands there and now treated like a deadbeat! The people before were very friendly, great to deal with at all times. No more.
Nice little storage place. Staff are always attentive to my needs.
My wife and I have recently moved to arizona and we needed to store our furniture until our house is ready. Emily was a huge help she was able to answer our questions about the property over the phone and booked us units that were perfect for our needs. The units are clean and nice and NO ONE will give you as better price everyone else in town was short and rude on the phone and the prices were double or triple and the units were smaller. Our thanks goes out to the staff for all of their help and we will tell everyone how great this place is THANK YOU SO MUCH!!
