Easy and secure storage facility. Just wish gate hours was a little more suitable for the heat of summer. Either way I definitely would recommend this storage facility to anyone who needs one.
I habe been using this unit for a couple months what I am upset about os the lack of information provided to me anput the water damage in the unit. I asked to switch to a different unit and was told I needed to pay more for the same size unit. We will be closing soon.
I rarely leave reviews but renting a space here was so easy and painless that I felt obligated to leave one. I had a nightmare of a time moving here from Chandler. Starting with my U-Haul, and, then with my movers, nothing went right. So, when I went to rent a storage space I was expecting the same to happen. It took no more than 10 minutes from the time I walked in to get everything done. Great place.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I did everything online and over the phone. I was in unit the day of and the friendly staff was beyond helpful! I really enjoy the auto-pay option! :)
New Owners are great, their office people (Rebecca and Mario) are very nice. The place felt very safe and had security cameras and lights too. Did some shopping around and their units are fairly priced for Kingman plus they offer easy payment options and auto-pay, Super easy.
