Love this place! So grateful to have a restaurant that caters to vegans and carnivores alike - especially with my families differing diets. Their seitan is soooo good and I could eat a wet burrito weekly.. which I do, every Sunday. Husband gets the fish tacos ud83dudc4dud83cudffc. Also, great friendly staff and beautiful location right on Otter Creek - so pretty! Highly recommended.

Delicious as always!nLove the pork belly and carnitas. I'm sure the rest is just as good, but too addicted to the pork belly to order anything else!

It's nice to have a taste of Mad Taco in Middlebury. I've done take out a couple of times since the pandemic, and I've been happy with the quality and service. If they had an online ordering option, I'd probably get takeout more frequently.

The good: Service was good and takeout is convenient during the pandemic. They are doing a good job with safety and there are great outdoor spots to eat all over.nnThe bad: Food was lackluster and overpriced. Fajitas were underseasoned and bland. Vegetables were not fresh.
