Decent. They have paper straws here. So if you are a slow sipper, ask for another straw. They get soggy after a while.
They're usually nice, fast when possible, but sometimes they halfass the food. Never to an inedible degree, but enough to be noticeable. Example being they never fully mix mcflurries. The m&ms are usually all on top. I don't say anything to them about it because it's not earth shattering. And I'm never mad about it. Again, it's just noticeable thats all. Good folks tho.
Got an order yesterday: basically teenagers being asked to run a business. Had to repeat order 5 (yes, five) times. Ketchup being dispensed in plastic cups is all good, but you need to take 6 to amount to anything as each as 1/4 tsp: sadly wasteful. Then the order missed several items, but too far away to bother. Ugh!
I ordered and paid got to the window for my food and was told it would be a few minutes to pull ahead. I waited for 10 minutes and then when I got my food the fries were cold and my fishwich was louch warm. I then discovered hours later when my husband finally ate that I didn't get my big Mac. I paid $23.38 dollars and my meal was cold and I paid for a sandwich I didn't get
