terrible customer service (bad)nwouldn't let a 20 year old buy a lighter

The new pharmacist told me my prescription would be ready the night I went to pick it up during the day. So I drove all the way back there and it wasn’t ready. He said by eleven the next morning so I drove back and only one script was ready out of five, an entire day after my doctor had called the scripts in. It was very inconvenient for me as I do not live very close by this rite aid. I live about ten minutes away and continuing to go back and forth and back and forth was a lot of gas on my Jeep.
