County Bank offers excellent personal service. The online banking is easy and they know who you are when you call or walk in. I also refer my clients to them.
They don't provide direct deposits forms, charge massively for overdrafts, charge massively for overdrawn by a single cent. They aren't compatible with any of the latest apps. Checks take multiple days to go in. The only star came from the nice and helpful people who work there.
