In & Out Tire Pros

I came in to have air put in each of the tires in my car. From the time I got there, it took less than 10 minutes. I will definitely use them in the future.nEdit: This is now the shop I use for oil changes, tire rotations, and other miscellaneous work. It’s extremely important to me to have the work done well because I drive nearly 500 miles a week and need my vehicle to be reliable. I usually come here on my lunch break which is the perfect amount of time. They’re quick, thorough, and the work is done well.

By far the worst experience I have ever had. We brought our vehicle to them while we were on vacation. Told them it was a bad transfer case (our mechanic diagnosed it) when it was towed to their shop. They diagnosed it as a bad transmission, I asked multiple times if BOTH parts were defective since my mechanic was POSITIVE that this part was defective. They assured me no problems it was the transmission NOT the transfer case.nnFast forward to me picking up my car (that was supposedly test driven multiple times but somehow missed the CHECK ENGINE LIGHT being on), alignment was still off AND they didn't program my Sensors. I sat there for 3 hours after driving 3 hours to get there for them to just put a temporary patch on it and clear it out saying it happened when they were putting the car back together and it was fine now. I left there went to get something to eat and the light was BACK ON. We were also forced to pay more than DOUBLE our deductible due to FEES that weren't covered by a COVERED repair under my warranty.nnFast forward again to my car being in a new shop close to home that they figured out that my check engine light was due to a bad oxygen sensor. We were also told that INDEED the transfer case did have to be replaced and it was defective. Something that should have been covered under my previous trip and deductible at IN AND OUT.nnBut WAIT IT GETS BETTER!! I was notified today that IN AND OUT must have FORGOTTEN to reinstall my transmission support bracket and I am lucky that I didn't get into a serious accident because of this. Now I am being forced to pay for this part myself and hope to get reimbursed.nnBEWARE of this company!!

I had picked up a couple of screws in my rear tire- the team at In & Out Tire Pros took me as quickly as they could to assist. First off, an incredible facility. Spotless and professional. The team is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. They diagnosed my tire as having too much damage to repair. Unfortunately the tire is not a popular size so they did not have one in stock. They offered to order two different options, which they laid out on comprehensive print outs- that included all the costs. This team is really the best. If you are in need of tires or car maintenance, I highly recommend.

In & Out is the perfect name for this place. I first went to a place that uses a world wide tire brand in their name, near my home in Ocean View, who told me is would be a couple of days to repair my tire. I found this odd as there were 3 techs sitting around in the office. Definitely not the answer I wanted to hear as my car sat jacked up on the side of the road. Remembered In & Out, and needed to run an errand to Milsboro anyway. The service advisor Heather, got me in there and then, and told me it would be an hour. Now that sounds like the correct amount of time it would take to repair a flat. She also advised me there would be no charge. It's not to often that a shop, will do any services for you, then wave the fee because you are an existing customer. I was really impressed, and this type of business is the one that will receive my customer loyalty, as well as referring to family and friends. I will also be sure to tell everyone about the the other local tire place, who would have let my car sit on the side of the road for a couple days.nThank you Heather and thank younIn & Out Tire Pros.

My truck turned out great, so many compliments. The guys dismantled a display to allow me to make sure the wheel color matched the truck. Then they walked me through the purchase to ensure I was not only getting what I wanted, but also things I needed. The truck was done an hour before they said it would be done. Very pleased with the result.
