Is all according to whoever you get to cut your hair. But the turnover of employees must be great. You hardly see the same people there twice.the mobile app to set up an appointment is flawed in my opinion. At least I couldn't find a way to schedule when I wanted my appointment to be. When I scheduled an appointment it told me it was 15 minutes from when I did it. But they would hold the appointment for a half an hour. Seems to me you ought to be able to put your own time in.
Total hatchet job. Sides were shaved close but no attempt was made to blend the hair on top of my head with the sides. You could see the giant chop marks. I had to go to another barber to try to not make it look so stupid.

A bit pricey for a simple boy's haircut, but my grandson liked it.
Tried 3 different ways to register for same-day haircuts for my gradeschool-aged grandsons. No information online tells me that you can register only when the salon is open. Strike one. We tried calling. No luck. Strike two. We tried registering online after the salon opened. Failed again. Strike three.nOnce there, grandson #1 was getting his hair cut. While waiting with #2, I attempted to pay for both haircuts. Not possible. I was told we had to wait till both boys were in the barber's seat. Really?! It was abundantly clear to any sentient being that we were there until the boys' hair was cut. I'm out of strikes.nNot impressed.
