I only had an experience with the pharmacy. And every time i go the staff is friendly, patient and very helpful. The only complaint i have is they never answer the phone if you call!
I go to this pharmacy a lot-far more than someone my age would prefer, but they are awesome. The pharmacist greeted me by name tonight which shows they actually pay attention and care about the people who come in there. The whole store has excellent customer service, actually. I would never go elsewhere for otc or prescriptions.

At the Delmar location, I stood at the register for 3-4 minutes waiting for someone to arrive and check me out on 12/13/16, Tues, at 6:45pm. No one arrived. However, there was someone leaning on one of the check out areas, on the customer side, who stayed on his cell phone... and one person at the entrance talking on her cell phone the entire time. Don't know if they are employees or just like to hang out at Rite Aid. What is going on in this store? I will not be returning.
It is hard to understand why it takes this place so long to fill a script that was sent over an hour ago when you walk into an empty building. Especially when you are an existing customer. I'm switching back to CVS.
