I wanted to exchange something with a receipt. My tag wasn’t attached but I wanted the same exact item. They did it once and then a different person said policy says no! Well everyone should be on the samenPage and then I would be more understanding. I spend too much money in there to not be able to exchange something.nThe manager didn’t want to do it which i figured because he isn’t personable at all. I have asked him for a price before and you woulda thought I was asking to do more Than what his job entails.nHe just stares you down he doesn’t even speak to his customers!nnNow I’m out $35 and have a jacket I can’t wear!

Worst hm store I’ve ever been to. Very rude assistant manager. Would not abide by h&m policy. Stay away!!
