I currently am visiting the Maryland area. I am a big fan of Pandora. I went to the local store in the mall. Their acting manager needs customer service skills. She was the rudest person ever. Not only did you lose a sale you lost a loyal customer. I will never and I mean never go in there again. When an individual takes me out of my character that is just awful. Need to learn customer service.....
Classy, respectful, great selection, employees that know the jewelry and patient with customers. Love the place.
