I love this store everything I need is here in one place.The cashier Joy is so nice.
The employees that I came in contact with was wonderful but the management is unorganized. I had an interview at 3:30, arrived earlier than that and didn’t get seen until 4:45. I had to constantly go up to the register and ask was the hiring manager in yet and when I was told no once again, I was also asked to wait a few more minutes and walk around the store which I have already done. I walked around so much that I can memorize everything in that store. I didn’t get the job and I’m not upset about that. The manger that I came in contact with was very nice and respectful but I shouldn’t have been scheduled for an interview at that time if I wasn’t going to be seen until later.
Love the store, but only 2 registers open on a Sunday and workers were extremely slow!!! Waited in line forever!! Terrible customer service and no apologies. Also workers looked like they didn't want to be there, no smiles.
Ms. Sharon at the fitting room has such a nasty attitude. It's a way to talk to people just rude and nasty. One employee can ruin an entire store. Unprofessional, if it bothers you that much to tell someone where to put the clothes at then quit. I drive almost two hours to the store. I will be contacting the corporate office in the morning.
Really excited that Burlington is finally here in Salisbury. The staff is friendly, store is clean and organized. Only down side is the limited inventory. I'm hoping it's only because they just opened.
