First I order something online it came defective , so I email them with no response for months . So i go to the salisbury location to return the items even though its with in store hours and it says they are open online to get there to have it closed with a sign saying they are closed due to restaffing. This is ridiculous

Lady that helped me was polite and professional. When it turned out that someone had marked on the shoes I picked out with a pen and it was the last they had in my size she arranged to order a new pair and have it shipped directly to me at no additional cost. I look forward to receiving these and I'm glad they found a solution other than just trying to pawn the damaged pair off on me anyway
