Ross is my favorite store. I always make wonderful discoveries and get the best deals on name brand!
I love this place, good quality stuff and the price is cheaper but I have an issue with the workers and their attitude. I rather go to all away to Virginia Beach, VA or New Castle, DE to ross where they're respectful workers than in Salisbury, MD. I probably might not come back.
I got no further than the front door. Advised only 100 people allowed in at a time! Also, Ross Dress for Less, didn't have what I was looking for! I suspect this is the new norm when shopping! They did have a hand sanitize station at their entrance.
Customer needed use bathroom of this store, but the manager who holds the bathroom keys took forever to show up after other employee told her that there is a customer needs use bathroom. So when the customer called her to say if she can use the store’s bathroom, she came up with very rude words and very bad attitude. She is really bad representative. Hope Ross teach store manager how to serve their customers!
