The inspector mark things wrong on my inspection that weren't broke nor missing I asked to see a manager about the poor quality of service
1 star is not my service experience (-5) , brought the truck for a oil leak on the rear main sealnafter wait 16 days and a lot of put on hold for long period of time for the seal end it up to be something else, 3 days later after the truck was promissed to be finished the A/C compressor was burn out, when it was working perfectly fine when was dropped and truck has grease everywhere inside. If I brokedown on the road I rather be there than this circus!
Road service came to investigate the def pump failure which lead to cable harness wires break that had to be repaired at the shop for thorough investigation to fix 3 bad wires. All good after 2 days in the shop! This is one of the more knowledgeable shopnNow, if you get a none experienced shop on it then you would have to pay for def pump plus wire harness n down for at least a week.
