I was greeted very friendly and professional when I arrived. I do not recall the name of the young lady who greeted me but she was very professional. She seemed very concerned about the issues I was having with the vehicle. I explained to her that my vehicle was having problems starting. After the mechanic took the time to evaluate my vehicle he determined that I had a loose battery cable. I expecting and was prepared to pay them for their time but they refused to take any money. They even give out free drinks. This is the second time I've used their service and they're highly recommended!
Completely impressed by the service I received. The tech came and went over everything with me when he brought me my keys. I have recommended several family members and friends and will continue to do so.

I found this shop by cold calling every mechanic in the county after my car unexpectedly broke down in 95 degree weather. DPR was the only shop that understood the urgency of the situation and agreed to take a look that same day. After quickly assessing the issue (curse you, water pipes!) and giving me a reasonable estimate, I got my car back good as new a couple days later. I am extremely impressed and grateful for DPR and will exclusively use them in the future. Thank you!!!
