I just got 4 new tires from Mr. Tire in Delmar DE. They are under NEW MANAGEMENT now and the staff is friendly. Lisa helped me today. She is very nice and is changing the way things are handled. She only had one tech working today but still found time to put tires on my wife's vehicle. She went above and beyond to make sure I was helped. Great service and I'd recommend giving them a try again. I had bad experiences in the past and didn't want to go there. HOWEVER, being new management she was friendly and very helpful and got me taken care of. 5 stars I'd give the service I received today. ☺ufe0f☺ufe0f☺ufe0f☺ufe0f☺ufe0f
Lisa really gave me great service today,arranged to have my tires picked up from another warehouse to the Delmar store within my time frame.So I will be able to be back home when my husband comes home from dialysis,which is very important to me..Also friendly service.Thanks Lisa. found out today they are under new management she seems to be very nice, was really wanting to make my experience much better, I will be giving them another try.
RIP OFF ARTISTS!!!!!!!!Treated rudely. Was told car was done and arrived to find it still up on rack. Brougt car in to have slow leak in tire check but instead they did oil change. When told I didn't bring in for thst was told it wa on their paper, wasn't getting the car back without paying for unwanted and unnecessary oil change. Then tried to get me to agree to $1300 of unneeded repair including 4 new tires (2 were 6 mos old) because they were bald (6 mos old tires didn't look bald to anyone with 2 eyes)! PLEASE save yourself and don't go here, especially if you're female!
Desk staff not very ambitious to say the least. Too busy watching TV and playing on his phone. The tech did an adequate job but again slow. Took 2 hours to install 4 in stock tires, with an appointment mind you. A bit ridiculous. Most likely I will not be back
