The manager, Chris, went above and beyond when I stopped in earlier this week. I couldn’t get my old license plate off of my car, so I stopped in to see if they had a tool that could help. One of the screws was stripped, and the other was cross threaded, and I definitely could not have fixed the issue on my own. Chris took his time, got creative, and made sure I didn’t leave there without my new license plate being on my car. Thanks Chris!
My daughter ordered me a headlight bulb so i went to pick it up and i had gottten mine out but couldnt get the clip thing off ( i didnt wanna break it)...kristopher the manager helped me he knew right away it was the wrong bulb and went and got the right one...he showed me how to remove the clip in case i have to do it again...i thanked him and offered to give him lunch money on me he refused....he is such a nice guy and this is the second time i had a nice experience with him....always quick to jump in and help and has excellent customer service if there is a award for manager of the yr he most definitely deserves it!!!!!
Bought a light bulbs for my back right turn signal today in Delmars Auto Zone location. I was planning to go home and put it in myself but a repsentative there offered to change it for me right there. Didn't expect that. I really appreciate the guy that helped me find the adapter to turn my brake piston back. The adapter I had did not work for my wife's suv. I finished the job just as lightening started... Thanks a ton!
