H&R Block

Horrible customer service!! They call you at all hours of the night to schedule an appointment to do your taxes. It is uncalled for. What is it about this company and not having the common courtesy to call between normal business hours!! They have done this to my husband and I for the last few years and it is not right. Plus they charge an arm and leg when you do it at home. I recommend going somewhere else!!

I like H&R Block and I think highly of Miss Nancy like I said the only problem I have with H&R Block is just the pricing every year other than that I have nothing bad to say but if anybody has Miss Nancy I would give her a v v v v on everything cuz she's awesome
