I love paying my taxes late so I can get a nice voicemail on my phone.nnEver since my family died. I have been very lonely. Sometimes it is hard to have any human interaction. I used to pick up all spam calls so I could hear a human voice. The day I found the IRS, I've been hooked. Now I pay my taxes way later than usual. And I get a nice note to my house with an absolutely nice phone number. I think they know that I keep calling them, because sometimes they outright tell me that I'm holding up their lines. I made a friend while on the phone one time. His name was Hank and he let me talk to him as long as I agree to pay my taxes. Well that is all for me. Have a good day!

Ms B helped me she was so nice. I foolishly walk in with no appointment... oops.. I guess they were sorta slow so she saw me right then and there! She was very professional and polite, contrary to what you may think when dealing with IRS agents. 5 stars for good service

You can not get them to answer your calls

Extremely disappointed. We had a 11am meeting scheduled over six weeks ago. We waited for more than an hour and they STILL were not prepared to see us.nnTry telling the IRS that you're not ready to deliver your paperwork when they want it and you'll get fined. When the IRS isn't ready with for you, they tell you to wait another hour.nnCompletely unprofessional, but what do you expect from bureaucrats.
