Prompt and courteous service. My friend had her car repaired there and when they were done it looked Brand New! I'd reccomend it to EVERYONE!

Last November I took my 2013 Buick Encore into Rickard's for an insurance-covered repair on a collision in October while my car was parked. They instructed me to bring in my DRIVABLE vehicle while parts were 23 DAYS AWAY from arriving and forced me to take an Enterprise rental, assuring me it would be 100% covered. I only signed what I was told I was required to to get my car repaired and get the rental. Enterprise sent me a bill for $422 for supplemental insurance that I did not agree to, and Rickard's isn't taking responsibility for despite them being the reason for a frivolous rental.

If I could give them a 1/2 I would. I took my car in for an estimate or repairs in Dec 2019. Provided them a significant amount of down payment at the time. I waited 6 weeks to get the car repaired. 3 days before it was due into the shop, I get a call saying the manager did not feel comfortable in making the repair. It could get too complicated. I am waiting for my refund now but, would advise that, unless you have a simple repair, take your car to the dealer to get it repaired.
