They lose prescriptions, short you on your meds. They literally screwed me out of my blood pressure meds for 2 months because of their mistake. Now I have to go Without or change meds. I shouldn't have co-pays and the last few times they've tried to make me pay them. They are awful. I'm done with them.
Sat with my 90 year d mother for an hour waiting to get a flu shot. Still sitting here waiting.
This Walgreen Pharmacy has serious issues.Like only filling half the prescription order the doctor.Misplacing written PRESCRIPTIONS. NOT KEEPING A AMPLE AMOUNT OF POPULAR LIFE SUSTAING. THE MANAGER OF THIS PHARMACY HAS VERY MANAGERIAL SKILLS NEEDS TO BE REPLACED SPHARMCY STAFF SEEMS TO DISORGANIZED DRUGS ON HAND
Nice people in pharmacy window and cashiers...but...how do you forget to call my dr? Its been in review for 2 days. It took me calling my dr 5hrs later..now the script is ready when I asked the dr send to seaford bc we dont have issues like them not callon the dr, putting scripts back just after filling them.. Seemingly biased bc of the neighborhood. My moms stage 4 renal she needs that med despite the price. I come back to get it og it expired? What the world? I work seFord Again we r just transfering back.
Wonderful pharmacy. Love the drive thru window. Highly efficient staff!
