I wish I had read the reviews before switching to this CVS. I picked up my first prescription, 2 days later I opened the bag (when it was needed) and it was the wrong medication. I spoke with the pharmacist and he told me my correct prescription would be ready in an hour. When I asked “what about the medication they had given me?” He said I could bring it in and dispose of it. No returns. So I paid money out of my pocket for their mistake! My advice to everyone, check the medication when they give it to you. Make sure it’s correct. Not paying attention to what I was given was my mistake, and I paid for it.
Pharmacist and Pharmacy staff is rude and IMO a bit lazy as other reviewers have mentioned. They will not fill scripts outside of 24 hour time frames on transfers (which is their made up policy) even when medical conditions might warrant speedier lead times. They lack awareness and understanding. I've never talked to a Pharmacist with so little awareness about patient needs.
Went in to get generic medication, it was 247.50 for 30 pills. I refused it and went outside and went on good ex. Found Safeway had the same drug for $10.37.nThey should be arrested for price gauging.nHow many people especially seniors are they ripping off?
Great clean store with everything I need. Staff is very helpful.
As soon as i walked in the door Lynne greeted me and asked if she could help me find anything. She walked me right over to the product that i needed. Very satisfied....
