Employees appeared to have little to zero training on how to operate a credit card reader for checkout and were left unattended. Fraudulent charges were made on my credit card. Thanks alot
Had a fraudulent charge I noticed after I got home---like a week after I used my card there they charge me again?? Called thinking possibly an accident & my bank as well to inform them. Was told it would be handled by the owner (Soni) & still waiting ....Will prob. be headed to bank tomorrow to dispute...zero communication from Soni (6 days later) & I have left messages...def. SHADY place. Buyer beware---check your accounts when you get home if you spent $ here!! Only reason there is 1 star was because I had to select at least 1 in order to be able to post this comment.
An employee screamed at at a quiet group of kids for browsing, accusing them of causing a commotion. I’m not quite sure how this shop intends to stay in business if they insult their customers, it’s an interesting strategy.
This is my favorite souvenir clothing store at Bethany Beach. The items may be a little more expensive than most of the typical T-shirt places along the main drag, but their quality and classy designs are worth it.
