Let go the blonde mgr.
Wile writting this review am currently waiting for one whole hour and half now and counting!!!. Came for a simple domestic transfer and tellers are incompetent to do so, so they told me to sit and wait....probably another hour till someone helps.
I was in a time crunch calling and asking if they will be open, and they were accomodating when I walked in at :59 of the closing hour. They were helpful and professional and took care of me quickly at the teller counter. Have not had any experience with the banking representatives here at this branch.
$200K in a checking account and got charged for not having enough in my savings account.nnTalked to manager about getting the fee waived, she declined... She said it was policy and I had to be penalized.nnWhatever, go open a fake account in someone elses name... This bank is corrupt, the government should not have bailed this one out.
