Doug is an excellent professional teacher. He can help anyone with electric rock, classical guitar, or flamenco!!!
Playing music, and more specifically, the guitar has always been a deep passion of mine. In order to master the guitar or any instrument, a good teacher is needed. This is where Doug comes in. My brother and I have both been taking lessons for about 5 years. From within those years, I’ve noticed that he takes into account one’s abilities and interests and adjusting his lessons accordingly. He makes the lessons fun and challenging. Students also are given a chance to learn a variety of styles ranging from classical guitar, my favorite, to flamenco and etc. Number 1 guitar teacher in state, would highly recommend.
I had my first guitar lesson here and loved it so much I decided to keep coming. Eight years have passed and I still am loving every lesson. I cannot fully express how detailed the instruction is. This is not a teacher who teaches the same music the same way for every student. He works with each student in a unique way and helps them reach their specific goals as a musician. He teaches only one way, the right way.
Excellent teacher!! Thankful to have found Doug in Seaford, DE. Took lessons with him for 3 years, went from self taught to playing intermediate - early advance level repertoire. His passion for his craft shines through during each lesson. Highly recommended!
