Horrible customer service! I Called to order two $9.99 carryout specials and the first person I speak to after listening to an automated machine puts me on hold and I get a second person who rudely tells me that I can only order online if I want that price. This is ridiculous! There are plenty of other pizza places in Seaford and surrounding areas. I Ordered Dominos by phone instead and spent $2.00 less per pizza.

The manager was absolutely out of line and rude! Showed absolutely zero care and concern for my issues, yes issues plural! Papa john's does not care about their guests! And I will never loose more money to papa john's for food that is inedible! Papa john's what a bunch of crooks! Called and talked to corporate twice and still have not resolved the issues!

we tried to call and place a order at 9:55pm a lady answered the phone and told us that we don’t take orders over the phone at 10p my bf said but it’s 9:55pm and she said sorry place a order online like if i wanted to place a order online i would have but i didn’t cause our phone was about to die from a long car ride all we wanted to do was place a quick order over the phone and pick it up i looked to see what time they closed when looking up the number and it says they stop taken carry outs at 11:15pm no where on the website or online does it say we stop taking phone calls at 10pm and only take orders online and close at 11:30pm she just seemed very lazy and you can hear someone laughing in the background and it’s the same lady that gives us a smart mouth every time we order something has to change i will be calling the manager and if they don’t do anything about it i will be calling corporate office until something gets done cause this is just poor customer service and i’m tired of having to deal with this everytime i order at seaford papa johns

After my horrible experience with domino's in Seaford papa johns gave me a better deal and gave me a large pizza for the price of a medium and the food was sooo much better.
