Definitely call this place if you need a tow! Me, my mom and my sons were all stuck on the side of a road and this company was fast, the guy was understanding with what had happened to my car, he was polite and courteous and even asked if we needed him to stop so we could use facilities. They were also very reasonably priced I would definitely recommend them
Called AAA for a tow and was told is was going to be 3 or 4 hrs. with another towing company. Called Tri R and Nick said he would call AAA. He called me back 5 min later and said he straightened it out with AAA and his truck was on its way. They were there within 10 min. Great customer service.
The best towing company! They helped big time with a large job. I came in from out of town for a short amount of time and they were able to accommodate the job quicker than I ever could have asked for. Above and beyond.
The service was superb, David the driver arrived on time, he picked up and secured my car on his tow truck after which he towed us to an Autozone store nearby where I purchased and installed an alternator because that was the defect developed while on route. David was of great help.
Was broke down in Holbrook and swindle outta money by Russ at CRM diesel. Truck was in pieces. Anthony from Tri R showed up quick was professional and very patient with me while I gather my parts for my engine that was disassembled and forgot about. I was definitely pleased with his work and care of my truck. If I ever have a breakdown again in the Holbrook/Winslow or surrounding area I will definitely use them again and I highly recommended them for towing. If broke down in Holbrook do not call CRM diesel they will beat you outta your money. Save your time and money and have Anthony tow you to Flagstaff!
