It's always a bad experience. Usually get the wrong parts or they don't have them. This trip was for belts and tensioner. Wrong belt given first trip. Truck was broke down in Virginia so had to drive another 175 mile round trip to get the right belt. And it always takes forever in there. Was in the store for an hour exchanging a belt and tensioner

The owner John Arscott is focused on customer service at every location. The Pete Store at every location is a great place to do business and a great place to work, they take care of their customers and employees better than any truck dealership.
