The gentleman and the blonde girl were really nice. I work for Delmarva Teen Challenge and we often take our ministry vehicles there so I figured I’d give my own personal car a shot. The lady with the black hair was very unprofessional when my oil change was finished. I have a right eye prosthetic which makes me completely blind on the right side. When she handed me my mileage sticker I asked her if she could please put it on the window for me because I can not see straight to apply it. She placed it crookedly next to the old one and said it would be fine and walked away. I believe they said her name was Nicole. The guy then came over and helped me out by removing it and reapplying it for me. I realize she may be in a rush but it in the future I will not have my car or any of the Teen Challenge vehicles brought there because of the way I was treated by her. It’s unfortunate because everyone else was so awesome!
Had a pleasant experience here. Not a bunch of amateurs here, professional, not afraid to talk to you and even offered helpful tips about my car.nGood stuff here.

Professional, courteous, friendly folks. Very long wait for service in my lane. The facility could do a better job of queuing cars into bays like directing into one initial lane instead of two.
