We have rented a unit at this facility for the past 4 years. We are now moving to a bigger home and have given up the unit. We had a great experience with Delaware Beach Storage Center. The facility was always clean, and the staff was always friendly and helpful. The owners did a good job of keeping us informed of the operating hours of the facility and about any rate changes for the unit. I would recommend this business to anyone looking for a storage facility.
We have stored furniture from two homes at Delaware Beach Storage for the past two years while building and relocating to Rehoboth Beach. Cannot say enough about the facility and the people who own it and manage it. Modern, clean, temperature-controlled, secure, easy owner access, friendly, comfortable environment, good communication...I could go on and on. Highly recommend to anyone looking for storage services. Nothing like it in the area.
Delaware beach storage center exceeded all of our expectations. We were in a situation where the house we had a contract on fell through days prior to settlement. We had to very quickly find someplace to store our belongings and their staff guided us through every step of the way. The facility was clean, safe and we retrieved our items a few months later in perfect condition. Highly recommend!
These guys are the best! We downsized from a large household In April to our DE home. The owners gave me a tour of the facility in February and helped orchestrate ever detail of our delivery. We started off with 3 storage units and now have consolidated to 1. Cindy, the manager, handled all leases and logistics. She was a pleasure to work with! Also, Timarie, the owner, was there for us every step of the way! The facility is first class, clean, efficient, well lite at all times, safe and secure. They have all sizes of carts available for use and easy access to elevator. The tenants are always friendly! We highly recommend DE Beach Storage Center to all!
Excellent customer service! Timberly was so nice, helpful, and welcoming. The facility is clean, secure, and easy to navigate. Personal touches make DBS even more welcoming. I highly recommend for your storage needs.
