Hello there,nExtremely impressed with the friendly professional customer service provided by Tom at the front desk. Followed up by our first visit Sunday afternoon to move items in and realized we arrived at 4 PM, closing time. Don’t know her name but the extremely nice young lady allowed us a few minutes to unload our truck. Glad we chose this facility to store items. Clean and bright units. Highly recommended.
It was such a pleasure working with Laura; she’s pleasant, positive and was attentive to my then unknown needs. For a time, I had 3 units of various sizes. This was extremely helpful during our transition into the community, especially during the stressful early days of coved-19. Many thanks for all your help.nnBob H
All Climate Storage is well run and clean ... and I don't have to worry about things getting too hot or too cold ... The price is very competitive for this area. Tom went out of his way to find an available unit for me and Cathy was most helpful checking me in and getting me to my unit. I highly recommend checking them out if you are moving to this area or relocating nearby!

Chris was amazing to work with. He is extremely customer focused. Moving can be stressful, and he made it so easy and smooth - not to mention a move out of state. I hit some snags in the size of storage units that I would need on the day items were moved into the storage unit facility, and Chris was completely awesome in working everything out to ensure my belongings would fit into additional units that we hadn't planned on needing. He is very personable and was able to interact and guide my movers since I was out of state. I highly recommend this company for all your storage needs. Maureen
