Circle K

NOBODY WEARING A MASK INSIDE, INCLUDING 4 EMPLOYEES. WAS MOCKED BY EMPLOYEE FOR WEARING A MASK. AVOID IF YOU VALUE YOUR SAFETY.

I go there almost every morning to buy donuts for breakfast. The other day I told the cashier Marcy that I had two of the regular donuts. She proceeded to motion for me to give her my bag of donuts. I did and she took a good look at the donuts and put them in another bag. I paid for them and gave her a dirty look like what the heck was that and left the store. It started to bother me as I left because I realized what she had done. She wanted to examine the bag to see if I was telling the truth about having 2 of the donuts with holes, or if I had put 1 of the donuts that were a few cents more in the bag to try and scam the store. That little interaction really left me feeling upset and I thought about it most of that morning. Today, I went back and as my luck would have it Marcy was working the register again. I told her I had 2 of the small donuts. This time she reached for the clear bag in my hand that you can clearly see there are 2 donuts in and I pulled it away and told her no. I didnt want her man handling my breakfast. She told me that was her job. So, Marcy your job is to treat hard working small town people like common criminals, thieves and or liars? I would think your job is to provide good customer service and to make people feel welcomed and leave feeling like today is going to be a good day. Unfortunately, I left the store the last two times Marcy was my cashier feeling like a piece of garbage instead of the hard working small business owner I am. I went down the street to another circle k to get my two donuts. Went up to the register was greeted with a smile and a good morning. Told her I had two of the small donuts she rang me up and told me to have a wonderful day. I've already decided to find another place that isnt circle k do do business with but I wanted to see if it was circle k's policy to not trust their regular customers or if it was Just Marcy who wanted people to start their days off feeling worthless.

I love going into this store the staff is friendly and very fast service

THIS IS THE NASTIEST WORST CIRCLE K I HAVE EVER BEEN IN!!!! The floor is sticky near the fountain drinks, there is all kinds of who knows what all over the counters near the hot food items. Then we had to wait in a very long line, because when we pulled up an employee was sitting outside smoking...and by the time we got in line....He was STILL outside smoking...and when we got to the car?...YEP! you guessed it....still sitting there....but he did tell us to have a nice day...after all, it's the LEAST he could do right?! I would rather Drive the additional 40 Miles to HEBER and go to the Midtown Circle K, Where they are mopping constantly, the staff is friendly, and I rarely see employees smoking....(I think they are better at hiding it...and I appreciate that) This Store needs some work!!! and It's a DAMN good thing I wasn't a secret shopper!!!!

the Circle K is a blessing to Show Low Arizona and not only has very friendly and knowledgeable staff that are courteous and very personable thank you Circle K for having the employees that you have in my neighborhood
