The food here was delicious. Sometimes it's hard to know what cut of meat is what. At 1776 they came around with a huge platter of raw steaks displaying all the ones they offer and explaining what they are. That was nice and informative. I got the 8oz filet which comes topped with crab and bedded on mash with a side of asparagus. It was soft, cooked exactly how I like it. The mash had a really good flavor. They also do a good job making sure people are distanced far enough from each other.

Best steakhouse in Delaware! They have a great variety of steaks and seafood. Dessert was great too. It’s a little tacky inside with an east coast vibe, but were all really impressed. Our server Paul was very knowledgeable about the menu, provided us with several excellent recommendations, and even explained to us the different cuts of steaks with a visual aid. I would highly recommend this place!

This restaurant has a romantic but casual atmosphere. Our server, Jodi was wonderful and outgoing. They serve you delicious herb butter with your rolld! The food was fantastic! The wine we had went well with our meals. We would highly recommend this place!

This was the place we chose to celebrate Father's Day and I’m happy we did! We were a little late for our reservation but we were still seated quickly, our server was funny and attentive. The food was wonderful and prepared exactly to our liking. We had 3 children with us and I have to say our experience was kid-friendly. I wasn’t sure how it would go but the atmosphere was very welcoming. The manager came to our table to make sure we were taken care of and overall it was a very good dining experience. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for fine dining and great steaks!!!!!

Amazing food, staff and owner. The food was cooked to perfection, with great flavor and presentation. The decor and atmosphere was perfect as it fit the name. We did not have reservations but the owner was more then happy to accommodate us.
