DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. These people must have friends that work there because my experience with this bank is terrible. I've been a customer for over five years. Their system is always down so I can never even check my balance. Any time I have had to deal with an employee they have been rude, abrupt and unprofessional. I have had enough and I will be switching banks this week for good
They have strict protocol for a reason. It's nice knowing that they just don't let people without photo I.D. take money out of accounts, as there are more thieves than there are honest hard-working people that honestly, simply, "left" their ID at home. I totally understand the frustration, entirely, been through it myself in fact. It just shows that your hard earned money is MORE than safe. 5 STARS!
Came in to get change for 3 twenty's. They were very friendly and helpful. Seems like a very nice bank.
