We loved it! They do not take reservations so be prepared to wait for a table. We had red sangria (which has a touch of cinnamon... delicious) and margaritas. Both were delicious. My veggie burrito was so flavorful with veggies, roasted corn, beans and rice. Others at the table had the steak soft tacos and ribs. Everyone really enjoyed their meals. We even got roasted corn soup and jalapeno cheese corn bread to go for the next night's dinner! Service was top notch as well. We can't wait to go back!
The food was decent but overpriced. The service could improve a little bit. Guacamole is also overpriced and gimmicky with there pine nuts or apple versions of guacamole. The side of beans had no flavor. 90 percent of the menu is also chicken based very boring. It was not very comfortable to have people standing right behind my chair while eating large groups of people standing by the bar. Unfortunately in my opinion it does not taste any better then a normal Mexican restaurant. I would not wait hours to eat here. They also do not have free chips you have to PAY for them! It’s really not much different than a normal Mexican restaurant would not be worth waiting three hours or the hassle of finding parking during the summer.
The best I've had. Margaritas were awesome! Food was very good. Servers nice and helpful with menu. Price good. Atmosphere low lit and clean.
This was just OK.
First off, the food and drinks here are really amazing, but because of the vigilant service of having us leave at exactly an hour and thirty minutes I won't be back. My date and myself had drinks and an appetizer, and having a good time. Bartender asked us if we wanted to put an order in for food, which we were about to do. Not something the hostess was going to let is do. Time was up. I paid the tab, my date goes to the bathroom. Wouldn't even let me wait for my date to get back from the bathroom. I for up, moves to the front of the house, and here comes my date, less than a minute later. I understand things have changed due to COVID and all, but you don't treat people like this. Never did get to have our dinner or dessert. No compromise or anything. You want the seats we're in fine, but how about letting us at least get more food on order to go or something, and we'll figure it out. Didn't even look like anyone else was waiting to get in there, seats available. But who knows, maybe maybe someone was waiting around the corner on an empty block? I digress. You've lost my business.
