Absolutely outstanding experience hosting a birthday dinner for my mother's birthday. Lorraine worked with us to arrange special decorations, a cake, flowers, and a really lovely dinner for a group of ladies for my mother's 75th birthday. I got notes from the guests immediately after about the outstanding service, food, ambiance and fun they had at Harbour. During the pandemic, when I couldn't be there, Lorraine and her team really helped to make the evening special. What a beautiful restaurant, in a stunning location. All of our guests felt safe and special. Sad to not be with my mother for her birthday, but so happy that the team at Harbour helped make a safe and celebratory evening for her. I'm SO SO grateful!

My wife and I were regular customers at Palate, Lorraine and Gary's former restaurant. The food there was always wonderful. At Harbour they have taken the dining experience to a new level of excellence. Delicious salads and entrees and strong service. My only disappointment was that their signature coconut cake has not yet been added to the dessert menu. But they assured us that it would be soon.

We made reservations for a birthday dinner and were seated near an open window overlooking the harbor. Appetizers meals and drinks were all well made. Beautiful view and a nice place to go for a special occasion. Four stars instead of five because one of my scallops was burned The serving size made up for it with 5 large scallops but the burnt one should have been left off the plate.

We ordered the pasta seafood dish, the lobster tempura, the steam pot, and the fish and chips. The pasta was our favorite! Everything was super delicious!! We had Meghan and Kayla as servers and they were both great! The view is amazing and we loved the atmosphere. Definitely a new favorite of our!!
